Why We Built Coach Command

Coaching takes leadership, communication, and clarity. The problem is that most coaches spend more time organizing their teams than actually coaching them. Coach Command was created to fix that problem and give coaches their time back.

Coaching is rewarding but the logistics are overwhelming. Messages get lost. Parents miss details. Schedules change and no one sees the update. Attendance becomes a guessing game. Important files end up in several places. Every coach knows this feeling. Most apps solve one part of the problem. None of them bring everything together in the way a real team needs. This is where the idea for Coach Command began.

About the Founder

Coach Command was built from firsthand experience. I’m Trevor Staman, a high school and youth sports coach who has spent more than 15 years around teams, practices, parents, schedules, and the everyday challenges that come with coaching. I built Coach Command because I wanted one place that could make the work around coaching easier, so coaches could spend less time managing and more time developing athletes. What started as a solution to my own frustrations has grown into a platform built for coaches everywhere.
